Complete Assembly

The gearbox is controlled by #35
chain from the two-speed drive
transmission mounted above the
gearbox. The AndyMark shifter allows
us to have power and speed in our
drive system.
The tower is attached to the chassis
system by the vertical pieces of
bosche in the middle of the system.

This is the explosion for our gearbox.
This year, the robot has a six-wheel
drive train that delivers power.

This 2D explosion shows how we
assembled our drive sprocket. There
are two drive gears (100 tooth) in each
gearbox. They provide a 1:1 gear
ratio with every gear.
This 2D wheel explosion shows how we
assembled our drive wheels. Its most important
attributes are a 100 tooth spurgear and
an AndyMark 6" performance wheel.
